I am a senior software engineer based in Egypt, working mainly in backend and integration engineering with Node.js, TypeScript and NestJS, and comfortable across the full stack with React and Next.js.

Most of my work has been on systems that have to keep running: a Class IIa medical platform under EU MDR, a manufacturing platform fed by real-time shop-floor data, and multi-tenant platforms where isolation between customers is a correctness requirement rather than a feature.

I like the parts of the job that happen before and after the code — turning a vague requirement into a concrete design, drawing the boundaries a system will live with for years, and then owning what happens when it is live at three in the morning.

I value clean architecture, maintainability and continuous learning, and I try to balance strong engineering standards against what the business actually needs to ship.
