Overview
CallRater turns raw call-centre activity into the metrics a dealership or enterprise team actually manages against: call volume, agent performance and quality ratings, rolled up into reporting rather than left as raw call logs.
Architecture
A PHP backend on Apache with MySQL for storage, and an Angular frontend for the reporting dashboards.
Engineering
Built the backend data-processing pipeline that turns call records into performance metrics, and the reporting dashboards that present them to enterprise teams.
