Integrations connecting a healthcare platform to external health and wearable data sources.

Overview
A healthcare platform is only as useful as the data reaching it. This work built the integration layer that pulls activity and treatment data in from the wearable and platform health APIs patients actually use, instead of relying on manual entry.
Architecture
A Node.js integration layer normalises each source into a FHIR-shaped record before it reaches the rest of the platform, with native Swift and Kotlin hooks on the mobile side for the platform-specific health APIs that have no server-side equivalent.
Engineering
Implemented FHIR-based data exchange alongside direct integrations with Withings, Apple Health and Android Health Connect, so activity and treatment data stays in sync regardless of which device or platform a patient uses.
